Attorney Mustafa Kemal Şencayır is the founder of the Şençayır Law Firm located in Bursa, Turkey.  He obtained his LL.M. degree from James Beasley School of Law, Temple University (USA) in 2008.  Attorney Şençayır’s practice mainly focuses on representing national and multi-national corporate clients with labor, corporate and contract matters.  He also advises clients on preventive measures, including reviewing policies, counselling on disciplinary actions and investigations, and conducting employment practices reviews.

Mustafa Kemal Şencayır graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Law in 2000. He was admitted to the Bursa Bar Association after completing his internship successfully.

He speaks fluent English.
